1·On the basis of discussing the damage mechanism of cushion cap, a method of optimum design for pile group foundation is put forward in this paper.

2·The loss of strength due to the strong disturbance of underlaying residual soil by the excavation of foundation trench shall cause obvious settlement of cushion cap with its gravity.

3·NR SMT box cushion has glue on the rear. You can tear and glue it to the groove of the lower cap.

4·The pile-soil-cushion-cap interaction and the nonlinearity of load transfer for layered soil could be considered conveniently in this method.
