结果83%的患者术后效果非常满意，出现5例肩锁钩钢板临床运用不当。

4·Multi injuries occurred in 78 cases, the rib fractures concomitant with clavicle fractures were the commonest(31 cases). Conclusion The clavicle fractures are the common injury.

并发其它部位骨折与脱位的多发性损伤78例，以并发肋骨骨折最多见（ 31例）。
