结论正常小网膜囊不显示，当小网膜囊增厚和出现异常回声时提示胰腺(86 . 2 0 %)和腹腔异常。

3·Results: the perimeter of omental bursa, especially, the relation of superior recess of lesser sac to caudate lobe of liver was indicated.
