1·The Employee and the Employer agree that reasonable and sufficient notice of termination of employment by the Employer is the greater of two (2) weeks or any minimum notice required by law.

雇员及雇主同意，雇主可在给予合理且充足时间的通知后终止雇用关系，但应至少提前2个星期或法律规定的最短时间。

2·For employees working in Iraq, the company could initiate termination at any time without notice or salary in lieu of notice in occurrences of any of the following situations.

在伊拉克工作的员工，若发生下列任何情形，本公司会随时终止合同而无需给予通知或代通知薪金。

3·Except the immediate termination, the notice should reach the employee 30 days prior the date of termination or by a payment of one month salary in lieu of prior notice.

4·You agree that, if Alibaba has charged you for any fees, Alibaba's termination of Services as described shall be based on reasonable suspicion and with prior notice to you via email.

5·The mere submission by the Notifying Party of a notice indicating an intention to terminate this Contract shall not by itself constitute a termination of this Contract.

任何一方发出表明终止本合同的意向的通知这一行为本身并不构成本合同的终止。

6·If the Client wishes to terminate the subscription of the Service temporarily or permanently, the Client must notify the Company in person or through authorized person with termination notice.

客户若需暂时停止服务或终止服务，必须亲自或授权他人携带暂停或终止服务通知书至本公司办理手续。
