1·Wurth's failure to respond to offers, inquiries or other declarations of the supplier may only be deemed consent if this has been expressly agreed in writing in advance.

只有经双方事先明确书面确认，伍尔特未能回复供应商的要约，咨询或其它声明的行为才可视为同意。

2·Any deviations to the required work must also be documented by the supplier and approved in advance by GEWE.

3·If the supplier cuts the electricity supply without notifying the consumer in advance and thus causes losses to the consumer, the supplier shall hold the liability for damages.

4·Whenever the Supplier is ready to carry out any such test and inspection, it shall give a reasonable advance notice, including the place and time, to the Purchaser.
