1·The Arbitral Tribunal can deliver its decision in the form of either an interim award or a final award.

仲裁庭的决定可以以中间裁决的形式作出，也可以在终局裁决中作出。

2·The arbitral tribunal shall have discretion to apportion the costs relating to a request for interim measures in the interim award or in the final award.

仲裁庭拥有裁量权以在临时裁决或最终裁决中对申请临时措施涉及的费用作出分配。

3·Such interim measures may be established in the form of an interim award. The arbitral tribunal shall be entitled to order the provision of appropriate security.

该等临时措施以临时裁决的形式作出。仲裁庭有权要求当事人提供适当的担保。

4·Judgment on the award or a majory other final or interim decision rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal may be entered, registered or filed for enforcement in a majory court having jurisdiction thereof.

对仲裁庭作出的判决或任何其它终局性或临时性决定的裁定可向任何有管辖权的法院提交、备案或备案以申请执行。

5·Judgment on the award or any other final or interim decision rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal may be entered, registered or filed for enforcement in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

对仲裁庭作出的裁决或任何其它结局性或暂且性决意的裁定可向任何有管辖权的法院提交、挂号或立案以申请履行。

6·Interim measures of protection are interim measures granted during international commercial arbitration proceedings. Such measures aim at guarantee of the enforcement of the arbitral award.

临时性保全措施是国际商事仲裁程序中的措施，旨在使仲裁程序顺利进行，保障裁决作出后得以执行。
