1·Then, Local Wave method is introduced in consideration of the non-stationarity characteristic of the vibrating signals from NC machines.

2·A prediction method based on support vector empirical mode decomposition (SVEMD) is proposed to deal with the non-linearity and non-stationarity of failure rate data.

3·The results may better reflect the non-stationarity of ground motion in time domain and are closer to reality than those by wave theory and stationary random vibration theory.

4·Incorporating the seismicity non-stationarity in time and nonuniformity in space, the statistical data of seismic unit and its potential source areas represent a certain significance for this region.
