1·Methods 16 patients with mandibular retrognathia who were diagnosed as OSA combined with hypertension by polysomnography (PSG) were treated with facial plastic operation.

方法对16例下颌后缩畸形且经p SG测试证实为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的患者的面形进行手术矫治。

2·All patients have severe retrognathia with slight maxillary retrognathia, and their apnea index (AI) was higher than 5 as well as with oxygen hyposaturation during sleep.

患者均有严重的小下颌畸形并伴轻度的上颌后缩畸形，睡眠呼吸暂停指数AI＞5，且睡眠时血氧饱和度都有不同程度的降低。
