1·Interim Provisions on Compliance Management of Securites Companies is hereby announced and shall take effect on August 1, 2008.

现公布《证券公司合规管理试行规定》，自2008年8月1日起施行。

2·The use of the documents on fined or confiscated money shall conform to the interim provisions for the administration of fine documents.

罚没款票据的使用，应当符合罚款票据管理暂行规定。

3·The contents of the application for registration of an enterprise are the same as those main items prescribed in Article 4 of the Interim Provisions for the registration of Enterprises.

企业申请登记书的内容，与《企业登记暂行规定》第四条规定的登记表主要项目相同。

4·When justified by an emergency, or to prevent further non-compliance with the provisions of this Article, the first Contracting Party may take interim action at any time.

当出于紧急情况的需要，或防止进一步违反本条的规定，前一缔约方可随时采取临时行动。

5·Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions under this Article, either party may seek interim measures, including without limitation, injunctions, at any court having a competent jurisdiction.

尽管有上述规定，根据本条规定，任何一方都可以要求采取临时措施，包括但不限于禁令，在任何法院具有司法管辖权。
