1·You have the right to the insured property.

贵方对投保的财产拥有权利。

2·The Company shall, subject to these conditions, be liable to indemnify the Insured for any loss of or damage to the insured property caused by.

对于下列危险事故所致保险标的物之损失，本公司依本保险契约之约定，对被保险人负赔偿责任。

3·If insured property is lost or damaged during the insured period and within the scope of coverage, the insurance company will provide monetary compensation.

保险财产在保险期限内遭受保险责任范围内的损失时，保险公司会给予经济补偿。

4·The insurer may conduct safety inspections of the insured property, and, if it discovers unsafe aspects, it shall promptly notify the policy holder to eliminate them.

保险方可以对被保险财产的安全情况进行检查，如发生不安全因素，应及时通知投保方加以消除。

5·Inspects and assesses the damage and loss to insured property and business, estimates insurance costs, and ACTS to minimise the cost of claims to an insurance company.

检查和评估被保险财产、业务的损失，估算保险费用，将保险公司的成本降到最低。

6·This Company shall not be liable for loss of or damage to the insured property or expenses caused by intentional act or gross negligence of the Insured or his representative;

本公司对下列各项不负责赔偿：被保险人及其代表的故意行为或重大过失引起的任何损失和费用；

7·If the policy holder conceals the actual circumstances of the insured property, the insurer shall have the right to rescind the contract or shall not be liable for making indemnity.

投保方如隐瞒被保险财产的真实情况，保险方有权解除合同或不负赔偿责任。

8·Cover for the benefit of the Principal shall remain in full force and effect under Section 1 in respect of the Insured Property until the date of Final Acceptance of the Project Insured.

业主方在本保险第一部分项下就被保险财产的受益在保险期间有全部效力，该效力至被保险工程的最后验收时终止。

9·The open cover shall stipulate the scope of cover, the range of property insured, the maximum amount of insurance each risk or at each place and the method of settling premium, etc.

预约保险合同应当订明预约的保险责任范围、保险财产范围、每一保险或一地点的最高保险金额、保险费结算办法等。

10·He is insured for damage to his property, but not for his loss of earnings.

他的财产损失有保险赔付，他的利润损失可没有保险。
