1·A company issuing bearer share certificates shall record the number of such share certificates, their serial Numbers and their issuing dates.

2·A company may, upon request of its shareholders, issue bearer share certificates or change the bearer share certificates to registered share certificates.

公司得因股东之请求，发给无记名股票或将无记名股票改为记名式。

3·The number of shares in the Company into which the share capital is divided may be issued only as registered shares and may not be issued as or exchanged for shares issued to bearer.

公司股权资本中的股份数量，只能发行为注册股票，不得发行为或交换为无记名股票。

4·The Company shall not have power to issue share warrants to bearer.

公司不得有权力分享问题不记名认股权证。
