1·Based on the erection period arranged between SELLER and BUYER, the SELLER shall delegate his personnel to supervise erection works in accordance with terms of this Contract.

根据买方和卖方共同安排的安装周期，卖方应按照合同条款委派他的人员来监督安装工程。

2·Together with SELLER's erection supervisor, inspect mechanical and electrical works and prepare pre-commissioning report(s) to include required corrections and/or additions prior to Commissioning;

与卖方的安装主管人一起，检查机器和安装工程并准备试车前的报告，包括试车前所需要的纠正和/或增加物；

3·Works shall mean the Plant including the erection and other work to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

“工程”指合同项下承包方承担的设备安装和其它工作。

4·The Purchaser shall provide in good time all installations, and ensure that the conditions necessary for the erection of the Plant and for the correct operation of the Works are fulfilled.

买方应在适当的时候提供所有的设施，并确保设备安装和工程正确运行所需的工况能够实现。

5·When erection has been completed taking-over tests shall, unless otherwise agreed, be carried out to determine whether the Works are as required for taking-over according to the Contract.

安装完成后的验收测试，除非另行约定，应根据合同决定工程是否应该执行（验收测试）。
