1·Finally, we would submit the project solution to you completely and totally under the confidential agreement.

2·Recipient: a party to this agreement which receives or obtains directly or indirectly Confidential Information.

6·Disclosing party: a party to this agreement which discloses or makes available directly or indirectly Confidential Information.

7·Information Receiver: in this agreement, it means the Party who receive confidential information from the other Party.

信息接受方：在本协议中是指保密信息的接收方。

8·When using the Confidential Information, the RECIPIENT shall comply with the provisions in the Agreement.

接收方使用这些保密信息必须遵守下面的条款。

9·The consideration for each Party entering into this agreement is the agreement of each party to provide and the provision of Confidential Information by that Party to any other Party.

各党派参与签订本协议的考虑，是经各党派达成共识的协议，是党派与党派之间保密信息的规定。

10·Term and Termination. The obligations of this Agreement shall be continuing until the confidential Information disclosed to Recipient is no longer confidential.

条款的终止。协议规定的权利和义务一直有效直到发信人发给接收人的信息不在是保密信息。
