1·We agree to abide by or subject to the conditions of Tender set forth hereinabove.

我们同意遵守以上规定的投标条款。

2·Any tax or duty other than those described hereinabove, if any, shall be borne by the Buyer.

除上述的税务和关税外，其他的税务和关税，如果有，应有买方负担。

3·The Seller shall, after taking the remedial measures hereinabove, compensate for the losses, if the Buyer suffers from other losses.

在卖方采取上述措施后，买方还有其他损失的，卖方仍应赔偿损失。

4·The cleaner hereinabove should not leave the workplace with the key still plugging in the cabinet lock or in an unlocked drawer or the cabinet.

阿姨在离开工作场所时，不得将个钥匙遗留在橱柜上或未锁的抽屉、橱柜中。

5·The policy referred to hereinabove shall be taken out in the name of the Seller and all losses under such policy shall be payable to the Seller.

上述保险单应以卖方名义出具，此保险单下的一切损失向卖方支付。

6·The obligations set forth hereinabove are in this agreement collectively referred to as confidentiality obligations or obligations of confidence.

该商议上文提出的义务统称为“保密义务”或“信赖义务”。

7·The poisonous, harmful or radioactive workplace is prone to contingent occupational injuries or the transportation/storage of radioactive isotope fails to meet the provision of Article 23 hereinabove;

有可能发生急性职业损伤的有毒、有害工作场所、放射工作场所或者放射性同位素的运输、贮存不合适合本法第二十三条规定的；
